The confirmation returns to the customer. The records stay linked.

One workspace, three jobs.

Turn chats into confirmed orders, keep books and stock linked to every sale, and close the day by exceptions.

Social orders join the same queue—with their source intact.

Start with one week across supported order sources and one platform payout.

We begin with evidence, not a generic software demo. If the numbers already reconcile cleanly, we will say so.

Before you share a statement.

Does OnSell include bookkeeping and inventory?

Yes. Both are built into the order trail: confirmed sales create linked operational bookkeeping records and inventory movements inside OnSell. Your accountant remains responsible for statutory accounting and tax filing.

How does delivery-platform data enter OnSell?

Through approved APIs where access is confirmed, merchant-authorized exports, or a clearly disclosed manual pilot fallback. OnSell does not depend on scraping private merchant accounts.

Can AI accept orders or resolve money differences?

No. AI can prepare drafts, find missing fields and summarize evidence. An authorized person confirms orders and every material financial action.

Is a platform-reported payout treated as money received?

No. Provider reporting and an evidenced bank or authorized cash receipt remain separate facts until they are matched and reviewed.

Does the product work in Arabic?

Arabic RTL and English are core product requirements. Original Arabic, English and mixed-language evidence is preserved rather than transliterated away.

What happens after the review?

If the problem is material and the required data is usable, we propose a one-branch pilot with named operators, a complete settlement period and agreed success measures.

Is OnSell only for restaurants?

No. OnSell is built for multi-channel merchants across the GCC. The first cohort focuses on businesses with high-intensity order, close and payout workflows; each category expands only after its workflow is proven.
