What the form stores
The form stores the email address you submit, where you submitted it, the consent version, the submission time, the campaign link that brought you here (UTM tags and referring site), and any restaurant details you choose to add. We also count anonymous page visits and button clicks with no cookies or personal identifiers, and we use Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies to measure traffic. Our hosting and security providers may process basic request data needed to deliver and protect the service.
Why we use it
We use your email to respond about the order-to-books review, assess pilot fit and send directly related OnSell availability updates. A form submission does not create a merchant account.
How long we keep it
We keep the contact while the Doha launch-partner programme is active or until you ask us to remove it. Duplicate submissions are folded into one entry.
Before you share business records
Do not send platform statements, bank records, customer messages or other sensitive business data through this form. We will arrange an approved transfer method if the review proceeds.
Your choice
You can ask us to remove your pilot contact at any time by emailing hello@onsell.app.
